Knitting for MEEEEEEEE!
So, this was my first knitting project after the holidays! The first one that I finished, that is. I’m still working on this sweater. I have to admit, my motivation for the sweater is going downhill fast. The other day I realized that we only have two months of winter left. What if I finish my sweater the day before Easter? How lame would that be?! So, I haven’t worked on it in forever because I’m afraid I won’t get it done. Now that’s some good logic for ya.
Anyway, I got some really cute yarn from my aunt for Christmas and knew I wanted to make myself a headband. And this is what I came up with! It was a very fast and fun knit.
I wish I had known about knitting a lot sooner. It’s one of my favorite new hobbies. I knit in the car (when Timothy’s driving, of course). I knit when I’m upset and want to get my mind off something. I knit when I want to relax. I knit when I want to shop but have no shopping money. And one of my favorite times to knit is while watching a movie. It gives my hands something to do, and just plain makes me happy!
Happy Knitting!
~Whitney

I love this!!! I’ve never seen a headband like that, you should sell them! I would buy one :)
Thank you so much, Sherry! Maybe I will someday! :)
So cute! You should do a post about how you put your hair up. It always looks perfect!
